  • How can I pay for my Airer?
You can order and pay online using a credit/debit card or direct from your Paypal account. If you prefer you can pay by cheque in this instance please telephone us (our number is on the contact page) to place your order. 
  • How do I place an online order?
Once you have selected the item that you would like to purchase click on the add to basket button.A new page will open that shows the item you have chosen and the delivery cost, from here you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you choose to proceed to checkout you will be taken to a page where if you are paying direct from your Paypal account you just have to login or if paying by credit/debit card you should fill in the required details. You do not need a Paypal account to pay.
  • How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery is £5.98 for all orders under £70.00 and £11.96 for all orders of  £70.00 and over. Please contact the office for a delivery quote if you live outside the UK. Find our details on the contact page.
  • Do you deliver outside the UK?
We can deliver outside the UK but there will be an extra charge based on where you live and the dimensions of the parcel. Please contact the office for a delivery quote. Find our details on the contact page.
  • How long will delivery take?
In stock items should be with you within 7 working days of your order for most orders we use Royal Mail standard parcels, although for some larger orders we use a courier. If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock we will advise you via email of an approximate delivery date when you place the order.
  • Can I return the item I have received?
You can return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving delivery for a full refund or replacement if the item is faulty or was delivered in error. We will pay for return postage if the item is faulty or if there is an error on our part. If the item was ordered by mistake or you have changed your mind we cannot pay for return postage although we will offer a credit note, exchange or replacement for the item once it has been returned to us in its original state (an administration fee may apply).
